Hello There I’m Peggy Stasinos

Hey there!  My name is Peggy Stasinos and I’m a Melbourne based hair and makeup artist.

I specialise in natural and soft glam makeup application and modern, contemporary hairstyles (waves, updos, etc)

My goal is simple.  To make my brides feel beautiful on their wedding day.  I take great pleasure in crafting the perfect bridal look so that they exude radiance and confidence as they walk down the aisle or say “I do”.

In addition to bridal makeup, I love making my event clients feel extra special.  Whether its for an engagement, formal, black-tie event (and everything in between), you deserve to look and feel your best.  

I also love beauty and editorial makeup and actively collaborate with photographers and other creatives on photo shoots to create makeup looks and that are both beautiful and inspiring.  My work has been internationally published.  You can check it out here

  • Peggy did the makeup for my wedding for myself, my four bridesmaids, my mother and mother of the groom. She was amazing every step of the way! I was looking for a natural look but full coverage that wouldn’t get shiny or rub off on the night and that she definitely did! I can not imagine having anyone else do the makeup for our special day. From the makeup trial she recommended products to use on a day to day basis and helped choose the lipstick colours for my mother and the bridesmaids. She showed up on time on the day and did an amazing job with everyone’s makeup in a timely manner. She even popped down to where my husband was getting ready at his request to fix up any blemishes. My mother raved all night she needed to buy the makeup Peggy used! I would use her time and time again and was sooo happy with her services.

  • I can’t recommend Peggy more highly – Peggy did hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party and we all felt so beautiful all day. It was such a joy getting ready with Peggy, she integrated into our morning and felt just like one of us.   • Peggy did makeup for myself, 3 bridesmaids and my mum for my wedding in March 2020. We had a trial beforehand as well. We were all beyond happy with our makeup and it stayed on all day and night even through the rain during our ceremony and from sweaty dancing all night at the reception. I had a nice natural look because I don’t usually wear makeup and Peggy gave me this. I felt so beautiful in my wedding day. Peggy is highly recommend by this bride and all her family

  • Peggy did my wedding makeup, coming to my rescue (booking her only a few days before the wedding), she was calm and reliable. On the day Peggy was efficient and did a great job with me, my mum and the bridal party (with two little girls included). Peggy also assisted the with the veil and general preparation for all of us in the chaotic house before the wedding cars arrived. I can’t commend Peggy enough for her professional demeanour and makeup abilities, as she respected what each of us wanted and was flexible in her approach.   • Peggy was just amazing, arriving on my wedding day earlier than was agreed to, and it couldn’t have worked out better. I was having issues with curling my hair (something I discovered I cannot do myself). Peggy helped out with this despite me not requesting hairstyling services. She is just that helpful.
    A big thank you for my minimalist make up. It’s exactly what I wanted. My now husband said I didn’t need it, but it did make me feel better that my blemishes were a bit covered at least.

    Your assistance with my dress was invaluable and I really appreciate it. It’s the little touches that made the day truly special 🙂
